Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and ELAQ Limited ("we"), the publisher of Thensday. By downloading or using Thensday you agree to them. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) also applies; where the two differ, these terms add to it.

Using Thensday

Thensday helps you save things you find and come back to them at a moment you choose. You can use the free features with no limit on saves. You're responsible for what you save and share, and for using it in line with the rules of the apps and websites it came from.

Thensday stores a link, text, a small preview and screenshots you choose. It doesn't download or re-host other people's videos, and it always links back to the original. Content you save belongs to whoever made it.

Thensday Pro

Thensday Pro unlocks extra features on top of the free app: finished AI notes for every meeting beyond the first few free ones each month, full-length Watch Listens (Free transcribes the first hour only), your own Household with shared lists and plans, letting Ask add to your lists and plans for you, your own note recipes (Kinds), exporting notes, recaps and saves, unlimited Sunday clear-outs, picking any date, bringing in more than 5 screenshots at once, keeping your shopping list in Reminders too, and more at-the-shop reminders than the one free each week.

• Plans. Yearly ($49.99), monthly ($7.99), or a one-time Lifetime purchase ($129.99) that unlocks Pro for as long as you own it, with no renewal — or the equivalent in your local currency as shown in the App Store before you buy.
• Free trial. The yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts to a paid yearly subscription. Each Apple Account can use the trial once. The monthly plan and the Lifetime purchase have no trial.
• Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm a purchase, or when the yearly plan's free trial ends. The Lifetime purchase is a one-time, non-renewing charge.
• Auto-renewal. The monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. The Lifetime purchase never renews and is billed once.
• Cancelling. Manage or cancel a subscription any time in the Settings app: tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for. The Lifetime purchase has nothing to cancel.
• Refunds. Purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Price changes. If the price changes, Apple will tell you in advance and, where required, ask for your agreement.
• Restore. If you reinstall or get a new iPhone, use Restore Purchases in the app to get back a subscription or the Lifetime purchase.

Notifications and actions

Thensday sends gentle reminders at the moments you choose and offers shortcuts into apps like Calendar, Reminders, Maps and Contacts. Reminders may arrive late or not at all if notifications are off or your device is in Focus mode. Please don't rely on Thensday for anything critical, such as medical, legal or safety deadlines.

Things we ask you not to do

Don't reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app, or use it to break the law or anyone else's rights.

No warranty

We work hard to make Thensday reliable, but it is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we don't promise it will be error-free or always available, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost saves. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and the copy in the app. You can stop using Thensday at any time by deleting it (cancel any subscription in Settings first).

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, where ELAQ Limited is registered. If you are a consumer, you also keep any protections the law of the country where you live gives you, and you may bring a claim in its courts.
