Common questions
I can't find Thensday in the share sheet.
Tap Share in any app, scroll the row of apps to the end and tap More. Find Thensday, switch it on, and drag it near the front so it's one tap next time. Try a share walks you through it.
Do I have to pick a why and a when?
No. Both are optional. Tap Save and you're done. You can add a when later from the card.
It only shows the caption of a reel, not what's in the video.
Some pages are private or behind a login, so the video isn't publicly available to your iPhone. Save the video in that app (or screen-record it), then tap “Add the video” on the card. Thensday reads it on your iPhone and deletes its copy when it's done.
I'm not getting reminders.
Check Settings > Notifications > Thensday is allowed, and that a Focus isn't hiding it. You can change when Tonight, This weekend and Next shop fire in Thensday's settings. Someday never sends a notification, on purpose.
Where did an old save go?
Saves you haven't touched for 30 days move to Faded, at the bottom of the home screen. Nothing is deleted. Tap one to bring it back.
Why did it guess the wrong “why”?
Thensday only pre-selects when it's fairly sure, and your choice always wins. Tap a different chip and it's fixed.
Does it work on older iPhones?
Yes, on iOS 18 and later. Newer iPhones use Apple's on-device intelligence to read saves; every other iPhone uses a built-in rules engine. Everything works on both.
How do I cancel or restore Thensday Pro?
Cancel in the Settings app: tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Thensday. To restore on a new iPhone, open Thensday's settings and tap Restore Purchases. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Is my data backed up or synced?
Saves live on your iPhone and are included in your normal iPhone backup. There's no account and no Thensday server, so there's no sync between devices yet. You can export to CSV with Pro.
Someone sent me a plan link. Do I need the app?
No. Plan links open in any browser. If you have Thensday, the same link opens straight in the app so you can add the plan to your saves. The plan travels inside the link itself, so no server ever sees it.
